On some mornings when I have time to relax a bit, I enjoy brewing a good cup of coffee and eating fresh fruit to start my day. One of my favorites is a bowl of fresh strawberries. They are an excellent source of vitamin C, manganese, folate (vitamin B9), potassium, and are rich in antioxidants. These little chubby cuties are deliciously sweet and excellent for your overall heart health.
